At Evolvcode Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Evolvcode”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to provide high-quality services and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service-Based Work (Website / Software / Marketing)

Since our services involve time, effort, planning, and resources, payments are generally non-refundable once the project work has started.

However, we may offer refunds under certain conditions as mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

  • Payment was made, but work has not started.

  • The project was cancelled before any design/development/marketing activity began.

  • A duplicate payment was made accidentally.

  • A technical error caused an incorrect payment.

Refund approval depends on internal verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Work has already started on the project

  • Project delay happened due to client-side content/approval delay

  • The client changes their mind after work completion

  • Marketing/SEO services are delivered but results vary (rankings/leads are not guaranteed)

  • Client fails to provide requirements or communication for long periods

  • Third-party tools/licenses have been purchased (domain, hosting, plugins, ads budget, etc.)

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request cancellation by emailing us at [Your Email Address].

If the project is cancelled:

  • Work completed till date will be billed.

  • Any remaining amount (if applicable) may be refunded only if unused and eligible.

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment gateway.

6. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

If a client raises a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting Evolvcode first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend ongoing work immediately

  • Cancel services

  • Take necessary legal action if required
